In 1999 at a small university in Texas, Romeo and Kristial met for the first time. Life took them through many ups and downs that taught them the value of perseverance and determination.
At the heart of every decision they make is the same core value: to help others. Their vision is to be problem solvers and improve the quality of care for patients by helping offices navigate the landscape of insurance, practice management, and the revenue cycle.

Our Story
Romeo graduated in 2022 with an MBA in Healthcare Management degree. He has worked in a clinical setting as a Revenue Cycle Specialist. Previously, he worked for over 10 years at Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield. By being very adaptable to any situation he was able to gain experience in areas such as customer service, claims processing, member eligibility, project management, and leadership development just to name a few. His background gives him a unique perspective that not only helps him see situations from a provider’s standpoint but from an insurance company’s standpoint as well.
Kristial graduated in 2022 with an MBA in Healthcare Management degree. She has worked for the last 17 years in optometry. The last eight years have been dedicated to office and practice management. Her experience has enabled her to gain extensive knowledge in insurance billing for optometry and practice management.

Sage Solutions is a medical billing and consulting company focused on “Bridging the gap with enterprising solutions”. By utilizing technology that allows us to work remotely, our initial focus will be to provide billing services for practicing Optometrists, Opthalmologist, and those in the vision health care industry.
We can provide consulting services to practices that would like to learn more efficient and effective ways to maximize profit, decrease staff turnover, and increase patient loyalty.
